PT EPSON BATAM (PEB) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang elektronik manufaktur yang sudah berdiri di Batam sejak tahun 1991. Induk perusahaan kami berada di Jepang dengan total 81 perusahaan afiliasi yang tersebar di seluruh dunia, termasuk PT Epson Batam. Indonesia Epson Industry (IEI), adalah perusahaan manufaktur printer terkemuka yang berlokasi di EJIP Industrial Park, Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi. Secara umum kami memproduksi dua macam printer Epson yaitu Printer Ink-Jet dan SIDM (Serial Impact Dot Matrix), dengan model yang bervariasi. Kapasitas produksi kami lebih dari 10 juta printer dalam setahun; sebagian besar untuk pasar ekspor. Selama musim puncak, lebih dari 10.000 karyawan bekerja di pabrik ini.

1. HR-GA STAFF

Job Description:

• Arrangement of Expatriates document process (RPTKA, Work permit, Visa, ITAS, EPO, etc.)
• Accommodation and Transportation arrangement
• Handling Secretarial Matters
• Arrangement of business trip necessities (Flight ticket, Hotel, etc. both Domestic and Oversea)
• Document Control (SOP, ISO Document, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree of Social Science (Administration, International Relatiion, Law, Economic, etc.)
• At least has 2 years experience in related jobs, especially in handling Expatriates document process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Good interpersonal skills

2. PROCESS ENGINEERING (FOR SMART FACTORY PROJECT)

Job Description:

• Process quality improvement to achieve target setting.
• Support new model set up and smart factory activity.
• Improving process efficiency through data utilization.
• Team skills enhancement through advanced measuring instrument training.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Expert in data analysis such as Cp / CpK and 7QC Tools.
• Expert in Ms Office such as using Ms Excel Formula Excel Macro Pivot table etc.
• Familiar to use Manual and Automatic Measurement tools.
• Good attitude discipline and good working behavior.
• Good communication skill analytical thinking and detail oriented.
• Proficient in English both oral and written.
• Able to work in individual and team.
• Willing to work with shift arrangement and under pressure condition.

3. PLANNER STAFF

Job Description:

• Control production planning.
• Control shipping.
• Communicate with all party (internal-external) for production & shipping have targeted.
• Take action for issue that have potential impact to production & shipping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Economic/ Management/ Industrial Engineering.
• Have a minimum 2 years experience as Planner.
• SAP knowledge is advantage.
• Expert in Ms. Office especially Ms. Excel.
• Able to work in a team and independent.
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill.
• Self-drive and proactive person.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.

4. OPERATOR PRODUKSI (IK)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Mengoperasikan mesin produksi
• Melakukan pengawasan terhadap mesin atau alat yang digunakan
• Melakukan proses pembuatan, perakitan, pengemasan produk sesuai target yang ditentukan
• Memastikan lingkungan kerja selalu bersih dan rapi

Persyaratan:

• Khusus SMA/ SMK sederajat
• Menguasai skill dalam mengoperasikan mesin
• Menguasai skill komunikasi baik itu verbal dan nonverbal dengan baik
• Bersedia bekerja secara shift

5. PRODUCTION ENGINEER (DEVICE)

Job Description:

• Analysis & Quality Confirmation for Failure Defect
• Establish New Model & Part, Machine, Innovation of Product
• Cost Down by New material Review & Evaluation
• Set-up simple process & Low cost operational for new model

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with mechanical and electrical drawing.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Familiar with 7 QC Tools.
• Familiar with Ms. Office especially in Ms. Excel.
• Good communication skill and analytical thinking.
• Able to work in individual and team.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.

6. PROGRAMMER

Job Description:

• Develop and support PEB in-house applications (web base, desktop and mobile).
• PC Client Environment Management, Service & Helpdesk Mangement.
• Manage IT equipment service & helpdesk.
• Assist in storage management.
• Software compliance management & security antivirus administrator.
• Daily, weekly and monthly report to Superior.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Engineering Computer/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Professional experience in programming, familiar with web & desktop application.
• Familiar with C#, ASP.net, WEB API, MVC, Framework, Windows Desktop, WPF, XML, Json and MS. SQL.
• Have basic skill and knowledge for IT technical skill such as hardware, software, and networking.
• Good analytical, logical programming and root cause analyses.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work in a team/individual.
• Strong and pro-active person.
