PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. 1. AFTER SALES STRATEGY PLANNING

In this role, you’ll monitor and analyze customer surveys to improve satisfaction, visit dealers to support them in reaching their targets and following procedures, and develop smart strategies that align with our company goals. You’ll play a key part in helping dealers deliver excellent service to our customers.

Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skill
- Proficiency in utilizing customer survey tools

2. PRODUCT PLANNING STAFF
Join our dynamic Product Planning team and play a key role in shaping the future of our automotive products. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, which will guide the development of specifications and features for CKD models. You will also prepare strategic product launch plans, assess profitability, and design effective survey schemes in collaboration with external vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning insights into impactful product strategies.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management
- Proficient in English, Ms. Office, and data analysis
- Have product knowledge in automotive
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understand TQM and customer survey tools
- Have SIM A and willing to go on business trip

3. TAXATION STAFF
You will be responsible for advising internal stakeholders on tax matters, staying updated with the latest tax regulations to ensure company compliance, planning and coordinating with the Finance & Accounting team to align tax data and processes, assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation with external consultants, and liaising with tax authorities while representing the company during audits.
Specific Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Fiscal Administration
- Having a Tax Brevet, A, B, & C certification
- Experience working at a tax consultant is a plus
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Familiar with SAP system & tax software (i.e. e-SPT, e-Faktur)
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Good communication and analytical skills
