PT Qianxi Construction Indonesia is actively seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This position is based in Jakarta and requires a full-time commitment. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering, construction engineering, project management, or other related fields from a recognized university, either local or international.
Job Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Understanding and complying with Indonesian construction industry regulations, construction specifications, and safety management requirements.
- Managing local labor relations effectively and being culturally aware.
- Utilizing engineering management software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or BIM tools.
- Overseeing cost control, budget preparation, contract management, and construction progress.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental protection, land use approval, and labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Communicating fluently in Indonesian and English with international teams, owners, and local construction teams.
- Navigating Indonesia’s local material supply chain, construction labor market, and government approval processes.
- Maintaining a strong focus on construction quality and safety.
Experience Requirements: Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction or project management, with a proven track record in managing local or international projects in Indonesia. Preference will be given to those currently working in the construction and civil engineering industries. Holding a professional qualification certificate in relevant industries in Indonesia, such as SKA (Surat Keterangan Ahli), or other engineering technology qualifications, is also required.
