Rookie Development Program (RDP) 2.0
The Rookie Development Program prepares you for specialist roles across many functions in Garuda Indonesia Group, designed to create and develop highly skilled, knowledgeable, and adaptable employees and professionals in various engineering, planning, and business support functions. Highly experienced instructors and leaders will train you in various knowledge aspects throughout your development journey. Starting with intensive formal learning followed by experiential and social learning, individual and group assignments across different parts of the airline and MRO business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (S1/D4) from a reputable University, majoring Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
- Maximum age for selection: 25 years old
- English proficiency test (TOEIC) score: 530 from reputable institutions (equivalent test such as IELTS or TOEFL is accepted)
- Single and willing to remain unmarried during the program (2 years)
- Willing to be placed according to company needs
